Purpose

This session provides a shared foundation for everyone engaging with community, campus, and Indigenous media through NCRA/ANREC. It establishes common language, values, and expectations before participants move into more specialized learning.

  • Anyone returning after time away who wants a refresher

What You’ll Learn

By the end of this session, participants will understand:

  • What community, campus, and Indigenous media are — and why they matter
  • How NCRA/ANREC supports stations and creators
  • Core values, responsibilities, and expectations across the sector
  • How learning is structured within the Learning & Development Hub

What’s Included

  • Short orientation modules (video or reading)
  • Key reference resources
  • Optional reflection prompts
  • Links to recommended next steps
